From Highway 1 in Santa Cruz, exit at the Soquel Ave. off ramp, which is between the 41st Ave. exit and the Morrissey Ave. exit, on Highway 1. Make a left turn onto 7th Ave. Go 1½ blocks. 2340 is on the left hand side. More explicit directions are below.

1. From San Jose or San Francisco: take Highway 17 south from San Jose over the hills and into Santa Cruz. Turn onto Highway 1, going south towards Monterey. On Highway 1, go one exit past the Morrissey exit and get off at the Soquel Ave. exit. This is the second exit after you turn onto Highway 1 going south. Turn right immediately at the first signal, after you get off the freeway. Then, make an immediate left turn onto Soquel Drive, which is the first signal. From Soquel Drive, make another immediate left turn onto 7th Ave. (this is the first signal). Go one and a half blocks on 7th Ave. The Energy medicine Center is on the left hand side of 7th Ave. the address is 2340 7th Ave. Look for the palm trees in front. It’s the building in front, with light blue trim. If you get to Rodriguez Street, you've gone too far.

2. From Monterey, Soquel or Aptos: take Highway 1 north. Go one exit past the 41st Ave. exit on Highway 1. Get off at the Soquel Ave. exit and turn left onto Soquel Drive. Go over the bridge. Make a left turn onto 7th Ave (this is the second signal). Go one and a half blocks on 7th Ave. The Energy medicine Center is on the left hand side of 7th Ave. the address is 2340 7th Ave. Look for the palm trees in front. It’s the building in front, with light blue trim. If you get to Rodriguez Street, you've gone too far.

PARKING: The number 2340 is visible during daytime. It's on the post next to the front porch. You can park in back - there's a large parking lot there. The first one or two people who arrive can park in the driveway on the right-hand side. Please don't block traffic in the driveway, as other people need to use it. Don't park on the street – you will be ticketed.
